SHIPPING 

  • All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. All orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, as soon as payments have been verified. (Please note: UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.) Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when the order ships.
  • All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. A waiver may be requested to modify any of these shipping conditions by contacting [email protected].
  • International Orders: All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Andreia Fuzon Jewelry is not responsible for any of these fees; all fees are to be paid for by the customer. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable; no exceptions. Andreia Fuzon Jewelry is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (pre-tax). This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

RETURN POLICY

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • If any merchandise you purchase is damaged, we will gladly repair and ship it at no additional cost. 

REPAIRS

We are available to repair any jewelry purchased from AndreiaFuzonJewelry.com. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice,  please send us your contact information.
